Smile before, after, or during the next question !! This is very important if you are prone to anxiety or have high sensitivity. This one tactic can save you from a lot of problems…When your mind is relaxed you can easily recall what to say especially about knowledge-based answers. And with this, you appear much more confident than what you may be feeling inside at that time.
If you are an emotional person, be a little careful about talking too much! You should know when to stop answering…It happens with a lot of people… When you talk too much and you are in anxiety you could probably give conflicting answers. And because employers are in a relaxed state they will judge you as an over-emotional person. There is one tactic employer use, they stare at you so that you keep on talking!! Be aware of that!
